The U.S. Championship Cheese Contest is free and open to the public during the preliminary rounds of judging which take place on Tuesday, March 5 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday, March 8 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  The judging takes place in the Atrium at the Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The announcement of the 2019 United States Champion will happen in the evening on March 7, at Cheese Champion.

Tickets: $30. All tickets sold in advance. Tickets will be available for purchase in January 2019.

Thousands of cheeses will compete for the elusive U.S. Championship Cheese crown, but only one will win. You’ll be there to watch it happen. Taste 40 of the best cheeses in the country, mix and match your favorite beer and cheese pairings, and meet and mingle with 45 of the top cheese judges in the United States.

Tickets to CHEESE CHAMPION, an evening of U.S. champion cheese tasting, are $30! Tickets go on sale in January. Held in the KI Convention Center in downtown Green Bay, the signature event of the 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest is open to only 400 attendees, with all tickets sold in advance. You’ll enjoy complimentary beer and cheese pairings, samples of at least 40 cheeses, and cash bar.
